Benefitting Helping Hand Home for Children Putt Putt Event on July 25, 2015 at the UT Club.

The course will be open for play from 1-5pm on July 25, 2015

We need Course Sponsors, Hole Sponsors, Half-way House, 19^th hole, and Score Card sponsors.

Hole Sponsors will have their company logo displayed on a 12” x 18” sign at the tee box. There are two levels of hole sponsorships available:

1. $100 get your company logo signage and design your own hole obstacles (we will have a prize for the organization with the best hole design.) Note: Hole setup will be from 9am-12pm on July 25.

2. $200 to sponsor the hole (with your company logo signage) and we’ll design the hole obstacles for you.

3. SPECIAL-Hole-in-One Sponsor. If you work for a car dealership, we’d love to have you sponsor a hole to win a car. Okay, not a full-sized vehicle, but a miniature replica of one your dealership would sell. ($200 plus 3-5 replicas).

Half-way use Sponsor:

· For $250 Sponsor our Half-way House

Score Card Sponsor(s) (SOLD):

· For $150, get your company logo on our score card

19^th Hole Sponsor (SOLD):
